Head Chef

Lead the kitchen at a busy Mediterranean restaurant in central London. You will own menu development, manage food cost and supplier ordering, run service, and mentor a brigade of eight cooks. We are looking for a calm, organised leader with at least five years on the line and a genuine passion for fresh, seasonal produce.
